EXCLUSIVE: Former Miss California Carrie Prejean's "Too Upset to Sleep" Says Brother

Regardless of what you think about www.google.com former Miss California Carrie Prejean, one can’t help but wonder how her bumpy rollercoaster ride of fame has been affecting her beyond her continued poised TV appearances. RadarOnline.com spoke exclusively to her brother Billy to gain some insight into Prejean’s current personal hell.

"My sister didn't deserve this!" Billy says. "She's very upset, not being able to sleep. She's beside herself." 

"She doesn't understand why all this is happening. It just feels like a bad dream to her. I'm sure she'll make it through."

Earlier on Friday, pageant director Keith Lewis fought back against Prejean’s public denials that she failed to live up to her contract.

Chaz Bono And Partner's House Troubles

Chaz Bono and his long-time companion are being run out of their West Hollywood home.....not by their neighbors who support Cher's daughter's decision to transgender....but by rats.  Real rats!

It turns out that the house next door to Chaz's is under construction, and the trash on the site has caused a major rodent infestation. 

"The rats are pretty bad in our street and leaving all that rubbish out around the construction hasn't helped the situation," one of Bono's neighbors told RadarOnline.com.

"Chastity and her partner are good neighbors who pretty much keep themselves private although they always say 'hello'. I feel sorry for them having to live directly next door to that house while the work is being done. On top of that it gets really noisy at times with all the workmen and a lot of the residents are frustrated about the construction which has been going on for the past six months," the neighbor explained.

To escape the problem, Chaz and his partner have been spending many of their nights at brother brother Elijah Blue Allman's nearby gated $2 million home.

The 41 year-old singer turned game show host is having her second child via planned c-section at a Los Angeles area hospital.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Paris -- I Know Who Is Spreading Rumors About Me

Okay, everyone on Team Paris step forward. Team Doug stay where you are.

Responding to post-breakup reports that she spent Thursday night begging Doug Reinhardt to take her back, Paris Hilton told RadarOnline.com: "I have an idea who is spreading these false stories about me, and it's immature."

Hey she never said the "D" word!

"I was at my house at 2:30 a.m. last night, in bed. I had a going away party with family and friends," Paris told RadarOnline.com after hearing a report that claimed she was with Doug at 4 a.m. begging to reunite.

"I'm leaving for Dubai early next week to shoot MY BFF: Dubai. Media reports that I was anywhere but my house last night are false."

After dumping Doug, Paris hooked up with soccer superstar Cristiano Ranoldo. She tells RadarOnline.com: "I'm very happy being single and free. I'm looking forward to shooting in Dubai, and having a great summer."

And as for the members of Team Paris, they say one of the reasons she kicked Doug to the curb is because she believed he was using her for publicity. They also claim he's been texting and calling Paris non-stop.

Mindy McCready “Absolutely No Comment” on Sex Tape Rumor

The latest celebrity to get caught in a sex scandal? Country music star Mindy McCready.

When asked about the rumored existence of a sex tape featuring the singer, her rep rold RadarOnline.com “absolutely no comment.”  So since there is no official denial, a tape could be floating around after all!

Leading adult website AVN.com confirmed through several sources that the tape is in existence and it will be released. The contents of the tape, the distributor, and the release date have yet to be known.

McCready rose to fame in the 1990’s with hits like Ten Thousand Angels and Guys Do It All the Time. She also grabbed headlines for dating actor Dean Cain. They were engaged for a bit before eventually splitting.

Having resigned from her post as co-director of the Miss California pageant, Shanna Moakler now wants back in following the firing of Carrie Prejean.

“I’d love to go back,” Moakler said in Los Angeles on Thursday. “I love the California organization.”

Moakler was outspoken over her differences with anti-gay marriage Prejean and was upset by how Prejean kept her crown despite shirking her official duties. Seems like Moakler won in the end!

Inside Johnny Depp’s 46th Birthday!

In Puerto Rico filming his next film The Rum Diary, Johnny Depp go a surprise after a day of filming on his birthday on June 9. Shooting in a building in the Old San Juan district of the country’s capitol, Depp was drawn out onto the balcony as a street filled with musicians and well-wishers serenaded him, starting with the shouted greeting, “Feliz Cumpleanos, cabron!”

In shock, the actor smiled and hugged his pals as the music played before blowing out the candles of his birthday cake. Shortly after, he went downstairs to a waiting vintage convertible with a guitar in the driver’s seat. Judging by the oversized card on the windshield, it looks like the movie star got one heck of a present on top of the surprise!

A little before 9 pm, Depp made his way through the crowd- greeting and hugging people as he went- and hopped into a waiting car to continue the festivities elsewhere.
