NEW PHOTOS: Rihanna & Chris Brown Both Attend NBA Finals, But Do Not Sit Together

Rihanna and Chris Brown both attended game 4 of the NBA Finals in Orlando. Contrary to internet reports the pair did not sit together at the game and arrived separately.
Chris was on one side of the court wearing a blue plaid shirt and a storm trooper diamond pendant. Rihanna was on the opposite side dripping in diamonds while rooting on the Lakers.
Rihanna, was subpoened just two days ago to appear in court to testify in the assault case against Brown and Wednesday night she was out with Aubrey "Drake" Griffin, the Canadian rapper, to whom she's been linked.
Reps for the pair were unavailable for comment.

1. Born and raised in Canada, Graham first brush with fame came in 2001 when he played Jimmy Brooks- a basketball star who becomes paralyzed after a shooting accident- on the cult favorite teen show Degrassi: The Next Generation (90210’s Shenae Grimes was also a series regular!). In this featured clip, his character Jimmy has a day dream about saving his crush from a silly cafeteria accident involving a banana.

2. He comes from a musical family. Graham’s father Dennis is a drummer who worked with Jerry Lee Lewis and his uncle is well-known Memphis musician Mabon “Teenie” Hodges. “He’s a real-headed kid,” Hodges told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. ““I think it would be wonderful if he and Rihanna were dating. He would never treat her the way Chris Brown did. His mommy and daddy would kill him. He’s a good kid.”
3. In 2007, he became the first unsigned Canadian rapper to have his music video featured on BET.
4. He comes from a mixed background- his father is African American from Tennessee and his mother is a white Jewish Canadian.

UPDATE: As we told you earlier, Rihanna stepped out in NYC last night for a special concert put on by the Black Eyed Peas, at New York's trendy The Griffin.
Turns out Canadian rapper Aubrey "Drake" Graham joined the sexy singer, their second late-night tryst of late.
Reports say the pair (pictured above) were engaged in deep conversation and exited the venue together, though left in separate cars.

The love affair-turned-rivalry between Chris Brown and Rihanna has been taken to a new, bi-coastal forum: courtside at the NBA finals.

Brown, along with right-hand man, Omarion, were in attendance at Orlando's Amway Arena Tuesday to watch the Orlando Magic take down the Los Angeles Lakers 108-104 in Game 3 of the NBA Finals. Just the night before, cameras caught Rihanna at the Staples Center in Los Angeles taking in the Lakers' overtime win in Game 2.

The party train shows no signs of slowing for Chris Brown, who raged into the wee hours at Miami's Fontainbleau Hotel last night with fellow pop singers and tons of girls.

The 20-year-old's look has evolved from fresh-faced dancer to hardcore hip-hop, drenched in bling, inked all over and grimacing in the candid shots.
Singer Omarion joined brown until 4:30 a.m., where Brown was spotted kissing several females on the lips and holding court in a private booth.
Brown's ex-girlfriend Rihanna, is slated to appear in court later this month to testify in ongoing domestic violence proceedings involving Brown.

Looking like he didn’t have a care in the world, Chris Brown spent yesterday at the secluded Blade pool at Miami Beach’s famed Fontainebleau Hotel.
He hung out with his buddy Mario but mostly with the ladies….lots of ladies.
“He was dancing, posing for pictures, and chatting up the girls,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com
Brown is facing two felony charges for assault and making criminal threats stemming from his alleged beating of Rihanna following the Grammy Awards in February.

Chris Brown's Attorney Wants To Know Who Leaked Rihanna Battered Photo

The case of Chris Brown goes back to court in Los Angeles Thursday morning.
Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, is expected to ask a judge for permission to gain access to LAPD personnel records so that he can find out who leaked a photograph of a battered and bruised Rihanna to the media.
Also during the hearing, a judge will set a preliminary hearing date for Brown. At that time, the judge will rule if there is enough evidence to bound the R&B singer over for trial.
Brown, 20, is not expected to be present at Thursday's hearing, officials said.
